This series cooling belt is composed of cooling rolls, stainless steel band conveyor, crusher and driving system. The discharged material from extruder is sheeted at thickness of 1-1.5mm by rollers .The sheeted material is transported to the crusher while being continually cooled by water which is sprayed to the underside surface of the stainless steel band. Then crushed chip material falls down to the hopper. Attention: Temperature of cooling water should be ≤14℃
