2. Loose belt, deviation, and common faults in the gearbox.

The reasons why raw materials cannot be produced by extrusion molding include: (1) there is no raw material in the silo, (2) the feeding port is blocked by dirt, (3) causing a "railway bridge" where dirt enters the extruder, (4) metal materials and other hard objects (such as nuts) falling into the extruder screw block the screw groove, and raw materials cannot be transported, (5) the extruder screw is twisted off, (6) the extruder screw temperature is too high (internal cooling is not good), (7) The temperature of the material barrel is too high, and (8) the viscosity of the material is high, causing the extruder screw to not move. (9) Short circuit, unstable frequency converter with fluctuations, (10) The extruder screw is damaged, and the extruder screw deviates.
