1. When cooling, the temperature difference (△ T) between the hot material and the roller surface is large, which accelerates the heat exchange rate, greatly improves production efficiency (usually 50-200%), and reduces costs;

2. The temperature in the non working area of the non exposed cooling roller is only slightly lower than that in the working area, ensuring that both ends of the roller are not exposed and completely eliminating the impact of condensation on product quality;

3. Due to the non condensation of the powder coating Chill Rolls, even if the cooling water temperature is very low, operators do not need to monitor the cooling water temperature and roll surface condensation, thereby reducing the requirements and workload for the cooling rolls.
