Agglomeration of Powder:Powder coating materials can agglomerate due to various reasons.High humidity in the storage or working environment can cause the powder particles to absorb moisture and stick together.Additionally,some powder formulations may have a tendency to clump if they are stored for too long or if the additives in the powder react unfavorably.Agglomerated powder is more likely to jam the conveyor as it doesn't flow smoothly.
Incorrect Particle Size:If the particle size of the powder coating is not within the specified range,it can lead to jamming.A mixture of very fine and coarse particles may segregate during transport,with the fine particles filling the gaps between the coarse ones and creating a more compact mass that can block the conveyor.Also,oversized particles may not fit through the conveyor's components such as chutes or rollers.
