The working principle of powder coating grinding system
Powder coating grinding system is a widely used powder coating preparation equipment, its working principle is to mix pigments, resins and additives in powder coating raw materials under specific process conditions, so that it can achieve the ideal particle size and uniformity, so as to obtain high-quality powder coating.
Powder coating grinding system is mainly composed of mechanical part and electrical control system. The mechanical part includes grinding equipment, conveying equipment and sorting equipment. The conveying equipment is responsible for transporting raw materials to the grinding equipment for mixed grinding. At work, the raw materials in the powder coating grinding system enter the grinding equipment through the conveying equipment for mixed grinding.
