Consumption process and equipment of extrude
Premix. Premixing is the first process in the consumption process of extrudes. The purpose is to stop mixing and evenly disperse all components of extrude and provide raw materials for melt extrusion.
The pre mixing equipment is a mixer. The commonly used models include high-speed mixer, hopper turnover mixer, V-type mixer, etc.
Melt mixing. Melting mixing is an important link in the consumption process of extrudes. Its function is to stop abundant melting and shearing of raw materials at a given temperature, so that its premix can reach a high average dispersion.
The melting and mixing equipment in the extrude production line is an extruder. The commonly used models are twin-screw extruder and single screw reciprocating damping extruder.
Cool the tablet. Cooling and pressing is to roll the hot materials discharged from the extruder into 1-2mm thick strips, cool them to the solid state at room temperature on the walking belt, and crush them into sheets by the crusher. The cooling tablet press is a tablet press. Fine crushing. The function of micro pulverization is to pulverize the flakes into extrude with standard particle size.
