Production line for producing powder coatings is a new technology application developed rapidly in the past ten years. It has the advantages of energy saving and consumption reduction, air pollution reduction, simple production, easy to realize intelligent, durable coating, powder recycling and so on. Powder coating production line in some common precautions must be carefully completed, here is a brief description:
1. Check immediately after powder, once found shortcomings should be processed in time, after curing, if the deviation area within a relatively small range will not affect the coating surface decoration, you can use acetone to repair, if large-scale interference quality, then use sandpaper grinding, spraying paint remover after removing coating. Powder coating equipment should use powder drum, powder chamber, recovery system, etc., to prevent other color powder pollution. Therefore, it has to be cleaned every time;
2. Powder coating production line powder can not be exposed in the air, should be covered or turn tight bag mouth, prevent impurities infiltration;
3. In the production of powder coating production line, frequent contact between powder and skin should be avoided as far as possible. Powders that stick to the skin are usually washed with soapy water. Do not use solvent to ensure the safety of the painting site.
4. The powder coating production line not only has a relatively short temperature interval, but also has a relatively short setting time. The analysis of process efficiency shows that different binding temperature and binding time can cause different metal effects of powder coating. Increasing the setting time can make the parallel direction distribution of powder coating film more uniform. Therefore, proper binding temperature and long bonding setting time can ensure better production quality.
5. In the operation, we should pay attention to the powder coating production line feeding speed and machine temperature rise, body temperature rise, will affect the output, usually, when the temperature begins to rise, if you control the feeding speed, the growth will slow down, and gradually stabilize, if the air temperature in the machine shall not exceed 40℃ can continue to produce.
